Can't say much other than it's a castle on toast.... This painting would be a lovely addition to your attic wall if you're the type of person who doesn't like to explain your taste in art to your friends who may stop in. "Why the !@#&%! did you buy that thing?", they may ask, to which you answer "This is America, #$%^! it." Of course, then you'll have to defend your use of the word "America" as opposed to "The United States of America", and there is a difference.... And what if you don't LIVE in the US? And what if you don't swear/curse? Well, you'll have to alter your response accordingly.
The colors are more vivid than what my monitor is picking up. It's a very colorful, bright castle - oh! I forgot to mention that the purple stuff is grape jelly. No - jam.
IMPORTANT NOTE: (This really IS important) The wooden stretcher bars that the canvas is attached to are slightly warped; when you lay the painting down flat on its back, one corner is 1/4" off the table (yes, it's a flat surface). SO, NO PERFECTIONISTS SHOULD BID ON THIS!! Actually, no perfectionists should bid on any of my paintings. I don't like perfectionists. They're too....................perfect.
I continued the image around onto the sides of the canvas.
