Here is a three panel canvas of a woman's figure with her arms stretched out to two different worlds. The woman starts out connected to the earth element with spirals and circles symbolizing life and creation. She has a mystical and sensual vibration and extends her embrace throughout many dimensions. The side panels become cooler as the colors change and show to be water on one side and ether / air on the other. Both of which mother earth connects. Becoming was the name I gave this piece because I felt that this is a woman that has found her balance after many years of trying. She has a rustic look showing a sense of maturity yet is also very alive and grounded. She has found her center which in turn allows her to reach the depths of the oceans and the stars in the universe. Like a butterfly who after much time of struggle 'became' a beautiful being with wings.
