- Vincent Sunflower Cat
An original chinese brushwork painting, featuring my cat Vincent, wandering about in a field of sunflowers, as he was named for a certain famous painter and his sunflower paintings inspired this piece. The chinese calligraphy along the right means "sunflower cat", signed in my chinese name characters lower left and stamped with my original chinese "Theo" seal, ever my memorial to my little cat muse, gone but not forgotten. And neither is Vinny....I lost him July 2009, way too young. So, a memorial to him as well. Gentle journey Vinny...
