This original signed painting is titled "et tu Brute". You too, Brutus - exclamation attributed to Julius Caesar on seeing his friend Brutus amoung his assassins. This painting was created with high quality materials -Winsor Newton Oils, Golden Heavy Body Acrylics and graphite pencil on Cezanne Artwrap Canvas. I have hand rubbed most of the oil paint on this piece and scratched into areas with my finger nails and graphite pencil. This mixed media piece is painted and drawn around the sides and does not require framing. This painting is in my abstract expressionistic series. The overall emotional tone and rich colors will compliment any environment.
