Artist comment: "I live in the Pacific Northwest. Lighthouses, boats and ships are an integral part of my continuing art education. Any opportunity to visit them is a chance to research, photograph, and learn more. It is a bonus when a ferryboat passes by. In this painting it is an element of balance and design."
