Artist comment: "Cape Blanco Light Station is one of my favorite stops on the Oregon coast. The setting is spectacular, with more than a 180 degree view of the horizon. I have painted it on several occasions in different media, and varying moods. Gouache lends itself to the detail needed to portray the lines of this diminutive lighthouse."
