When I was making these paper mosaic eggs I actually found that there were many different shapes to eggs. This one caught my eye since it seemed to not only be very large but also had the shape of a watermelon. Each egg had to be emptied of its contents. Every tiny piece of paper mosaic was applied with a needle piece by piece. Looking back in time it seems as if they took forever to make. I am suprised that they are still in existence since my children actually managed to break a few of them.
