Nothing quite as beaituful as the Golden Nasturtium. I don't really have a favorite but these are unique.Nasturtium is a must in the summer garden. They come in a variety of colors and the leaves can be either varigated or solid in color. There are dwarf varieties and climbers. The wonder flower, the entire plant is edible.During WWII even the seeds were used as a substitue for pepper. The seeds can also be pickled and used as a substitue for capers. Flowers and leaves make a wonderful addition to your summer salads. Bake a batch of spice cupcakes, frost with a cream cheese frosting and top with a single nasturtium bloom for a luncheon treat. If you haven't planted nasturtiums for this season be sure to include them in next years garden
