Art: Green Man Fused Art Glass Luminary by Artist Paul Lake, Lucky Studios

Light and glass combine to bring out the hidden figures and creatures in these hand formed one of a kind art glass luminaries. Each luminary begins by selecting multiple unique and rare pieces of glass that when fused together at over 1400 degrees combine to form a beautiful singular piece. The glass is then reheated to imprint the image that hides in the glass until the light shows its true form. The glass in then placed on a handmade wooden light box that included a led bulb that wil give years of light and can be easily replaced.
The piece you are bidding on hides the mythological Green Man in a field of rich deep orange glass on a jet black box. If you look closely his visage can be lightly seen. When the light is turned on you see his face glow in a field of orange/white. He is looking out over your home bring you luck and love.
