A Wonderful set of Handmade Lampwork Glass beads using Double Helix specialty silver glass: ELEKTRA. This set of beads was created to simply show off the beautiful capabilities of this wonderful glass. These beads made from elektra glass which is a beautiful dark aquamarine color and can be struck to colors that range from the following: metallic mirror effects in shades of silver, copper and bronze, along with creamy blues, and greens and can also turn to a strong red, pink, salmon, vermillion and magenta tones with metallic lusters. These beads are beautiful and each one is unique due to the amazing Elektra glass. There are enough beads here to make several pieces of jewelry. I hope you enjoy the beauty of the Elektra glass as I have since Double Helix came out with it. Simply a stunning glass on its own! The beads have 1/16, 3/32 holes, the triangles have 1/8 holes and the big holes are 12 - 19 mm. This specialty glass runs $100 per pound for me to buy and this set alone contains ½ pound of this beautiful glass - a $50 value before being made into beads.
