nah, don't think so. Just not many postings. I think there will probably be a good showing tonight when the listings open up. But it can be a tough subject. I almost didn't do it.

I almost didn't do this theme either. I was really lost on an idea of what I could possibly do in purple? Luckly, Brian took me to see monet's exhibit over the weekend and he actually did several monochromatic pieces, so I decided to do a winter landscape piece in an impressionist style.

Hi all -

I really like all of these!

Ok, I almost didn't do one either, and this one did go through several changes as I wasn't happy with anything I came up with, so finally I just decided to go with a very textural abstract representation of "purple", which I call "Amethyst II" (Since I did a similar one before).... It's 18x24x1.5" textured acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas...
