On a recent trip to Florida I spent more than usual, using my bank debit card. When I arrived home there was a letter waiting for me telling me my card had been cancelled due to suspicious activity(my more than usual spending)and that I needed to apply for a new card. Although I understand and appreciate their concern, now I have to change all the places I use my card automatically. If they had only called me I could have explained...I guess when you're dealing with large companies you have to expect problems to crop up now and then. That said, I can't imagine a more insensitive attitude towards a customer than what you're dealing with, Tiffany...I would be livid

Good grief I am just now catching up with this thread...I just don't understand business anymore I guess and Pal pal/ebay's marketing strategy is absolutely insanity. How How can you penalize your market for "patronizing" your business to often, for too much? Even the customer that spent to much, I get the idea that she was spending as fast as she was earning and even though they got their fees, they like the banks did not have enough money held to reinvest as they were having to pay their bills to much??? They all need to get on medication, they had lost their collective minds!!!!
