Hi

Yes you would need to upgrade from a patron account to a paid artist account - if you've already done that & it's still not working, then you would need to contact support (although I'm sure someone will see this too).

Yes, you have to be a paid member to be able to upload artwork here at EBSQ. You can upgrade your account here:  http://www.ebsqart.com/join.asp

Thank you, Carmen....that is sweet of you to say.  I love Bonanzle, it is a nice place to be.  I just wish there were more in the way of sales over there.  I am beginning to think it is not a great place for art.  More a vintage and antiques sales place.  Oh well, they are nice there and that counts, too!

Carolyn, I know what you mean about the right place to be. I havent found it quite yet. I am kind of stuck between handmade and artisan jewelry. I am on Etsy and Artfire. I am finding more promotion on Artfire, but really no sales. Then Internet is a hard place to find a good selling niche, there are so many selling sites that are too general that it is hard to be visible. Well if I find anything suitable for your art in my wanderings, I will let you know!

Thanks!!  I think that "suitable" for my art is part of the problem.  Digital art is hard to sell....people just don't understand it...and then you are up against the fact that it is hard to sell art period.  It is just an uphill battle.  I think I should tri Artfire.  Maybe some day soon.  Let me know if you find a place that works for selling art and has a digital art section.  (I find a lot of these art selling places have digital art buried in photography or just plain don't offer it as an option)  Oh well.

Carolyn,

I personally think you should feature your digital art, and perhaps set up a blog exclusive to that. I love your digital art. The good stuff like yours draws you in, I find myself staring and feeling like I am in another world altogether. Just like everything, different tastes for different people. I would love to be able to do what you do.

Separating my regular handmade jewelry from the precious metal clay pieces is a one of things I am doing with hope of better visibility, because they really are very different then the handcrafted bracelets, earrings and necklaces. The PMC more creative stuff gets lost in my shop as you were saying your digital art gets lost.

If I see anything, I will let you know, I did see a series of digital art in a mosaic on Flickr that was very spectacular, you see about 25 or so thumbnails and can click in on any of them to view the individual pictures. Soopsee creates an ad in that fashion that I use, but it is connected to Etsy. I will keep an eye out!
