Status: offline 		Ok... Here is mine.

I started with some beautifully soft leather pants that were totally trashed on the bum and busted zipper... not repairable at all. So took them with an old leather belt that was just way too funky to wear around my waist and here they are.  I had to add 4 upholstered buttons using the  old leather plus new thread and zipper... Almost 99 % upcycled.
