I agree with what's been said about the background & natural vs. flash lighting.

One thing that bothers me about the first photo is that it looks as though the proportions were skewed (sorry I don't know the correct technical term for this - maybe aspect ratio?) - like you tried adjusting the scale but width & height didn't change in proportion to eachother and the image got shorter but kept its width - her face looks more natural in the original version. I don't know if that's what you were going for though.

I like the b&w shot a lot.

I think I overworked the color photo and by accident the photo got stretched to much

OK that makes sense, just make sure in the future that the option to keep length & width in proportion to eachother is always selected - it can be hard to get it back to normal!

It is coming along nicely. I think it would be nice if you cloned out that wood railing above her head. It should be pretty easy to get out with all the black you have in the background.

She is such a cutie!!
