Lamiller photography.
I have to say it was tough. In my head I think I chose everyone at least once. As an illustrator I prefer an illustrative solution over photography. I was impressed with Aimee and Christi's paintings. I think that although it seemed like the subjects were having a good time, there didn't seem to be an invitation for inclusion. Maybe it was the lack of eye contact with the viewer. Moving onto photos....they were all so good, I kept changing my mind.
I liked the color and composition of the girl in the play structure the best, but I thought the pictures "spoke my message" better when it had more than one person. I thought they both needed a tighter crop, but gosh darn it that girl on the swing out in front was just so ADORABLE!!! All the kids are having fun, but she makes it look like some awesome ride at Universal Studios. I want to play with her!! I was intrigued with the seemingly extreme horizontal layout...at least all the horizontal line left after I "cropped it", very professional. Anyway....Ms. Miller...tag your it.
