I'm surprised they could get a book put together & out that quickly, I can't help but wonder about the quality!

Kimmy, how does the book look to you?

Sent a second email asking where the canvases are and why I STILL don't have my art encyclopedia.

Vicky did you get your book or canvases back yet??

Grrrrr.. I'm annoyed that I can't get a response from them!

LOL! Oh brother..  now if I could complain to my van about the new crack in the windshield.. i'd be in business!

Seriously.. one of my entries in the project a lady wants to buy from me.. so I was reminded about it again when she messaged me to ask if I had the canvas back..  And the book.. would be nice to get it since i paid for it?

No I haven't and thanks for reminding me, I keep thinking of it when I can't do anything about it. Maybe I should send them a certified letter or something. I doubt that I could dispute the charge on my CC if I paid in June, but I really just want the book & my canvases, it's not about the money.

This is the last project I do with these people!

Heather, have you thought of posting something on their facebook page?

Sure I'll post something on their wall.. Maybe ask if anyone got their canvases back from the project? LOL

I agree.. I don't want to do another project with them either now..  Yikes.. I'm in a complaining mood lately..

Well that's weird, I didn't see anything there from you - do you think they deleted your comment?

I'm glad you posted first instead of me - since I had already emailed them & actually received the one response I didn't want to seem like too much of a pain in the neck. Let's just hope some other people chime in too. I don't know if you saw this but i also mentioned non-functional phone number.

It pisses me off because I put a lot of work into those little paintings.
