Spring is coming early to Charleston. I was down on the Battery and took some pictures today.

In the Spring down here, the harbor is often full of sails and today a few were making themselves visible. Here is one with Fort Sumpter in the background. I included a couple of birds for Kevin.

The tourists are out although not very many. Some were strolling along the waterfront. They are expecting 76 tomorrow.

And, If you look around down there, You can find some of Nature's beauty already getting into the swing of things.
Here is fresh Spring, newly formed and rubbing its hands together in anticipation.

Yeah, it's exactly like that. Only completely different.
I've enjoyed just about as much of this as I can stand.

Wow, a flurry of entries, all of a sudden! Very nice, everyone!

Here is spring in the desert, such as it is... You can tell it's spring because there are flowers around. By summer, they're fried.
A clump of Mexican primrose.

Awwww....I suddenly love Spring!  Only in the form of Muriel's granddog though!  Beautiful!

Alma, I host my photos on either my blog or my photobucket account then link them by using the yellow box up on the top right of this posting box.  Just paste the properties of the photo and it should show up full size and you can post multiple images.

Wonderful!!!!  Alma that second one you posted is so beautiful. What medium is it?

Robin that was a great peak at Charleston (another good blog post!) I like those because they tell a story.

Muriel!! What great photos, but yes my fav too is Spring!!

Funny - my nickname for many years in different IRC chat rooms was Springsrain (later is was shorten to just Spring). I came up with that name because of a fond memory I have of my best friend and I (14/15 years old I think) running outside in the Spring rain. You'd think it was my favorite season, but actually I like Autumn best of all! hehe

You all are going to make my decision very difficult.
