I have about 5 or 6 hours left to do. Roy is back from China now though so I am going to have to do about an hour a day so he doesn't feel neglected.

muriel, Heide and Carolyn.. or anyone else that is really wanting to do this but just needs a little more time??    I don't want to close it if there are peeps close??

thoughts??  should we bump it a week (that's Easter) or 2??

I only have a few hours at most left to do today. I really pushed to get most of it done by the time roy got here so I am okay to finish in time. I don't mind one bit though if other people need it extended. I would rather there be lots of people doing it

LOL.. i agree.. the more entries the better.. so that's why we keep pushing back!..  I mean.. if there are peeps that really want to do this.. I don't mind pushing back..

b/c so far just with Lisaw.. its not really a showcase yet.. is it?  though Lisaw's is quite beautiful!

I wish I would have seen this earlier - been so busy. I would have participated had I known.  Maybe I'll do one anyway, after the fact.  I've got this old green bottle that was dug up from a construction site right in San Francisco. It has aged in such a way that there is this beautiful iridescent patina spread around 3/4 of the bottle - similar to how Carnival glass looks but with a matte finish.  I've always wanted to use it as a model :)
