Yea, I'm happy with how it turned out. I sent the link to my best friend who is not big on abstracts, and his reply was "you're bringing that to MY HOUSE when??" LOL I said its sold and he replied "She ain't paid you yet.." LOL.. So if she dosen't like, it will still have a home LOL

It was fast, I didn't expect to get it done in 1 day, but I was so excited and was feeling "in the groove", and it all came together. Some days I can work for days and not get anything good, nothin seems to work, and other days I'm just "in the groove". I think most artists go through that!

Now just need to sell about 200 more of them

I emailed her the link this morning and she replied that she LOVES it. She said she can't believe I got it done so quickly and is thrilled! Thats a big relief lol... No matter how much I like it, there was a little fear hidding in the back of my mind that she wouldn't like it (will I worry like that on EVERY commision?).

I am soo glad she likes it, and hope she will like it even better in person. She's going to pick it up sometime next week (until then, its over the loveseat in my home office!!!)

LOL. I have a lot of adjectives that I might use to describe my new friend Joe. So far, calm, cool and collected are not among them.

Love your enthusiasm, Joe, & am so happy for you! Hope she'll want a companion piece to go with it. The painting makes me think of bubbles, which have happy memories.
