Pix......hello and welcome (again) glad to see you back, wonderful portraits. Both to them. I really love the horses mane.  I will pm you today when I get a few minutes and let you know how to post your pictures big I might add this, you should look into an artists account. We have many discussions in the artist section of the forum...and you could add your gorgeous shots to the shows.

Kevin....I was thinking maybe we should see a desk floating down the river  Oh well It is a gorgeous peaceful shot I can see why you love it. I do too!  I don't even see it as a "people" shot. There just happens to be a person in it. Beautiful

What? I just take picture of the hydrants you think that makes me an expert on fire hydrants?

Alot of the hydrants I take shots of are out in the middle of a field somewhere, I assume it's a way to get water to them. The white pipes are close to most of the hydrants I shoot, but I usually crop them out!

BTW....Olga  *Thud* what a gorgeous shot, fog is such a wonderful back drop.

Sam!  your broken latch reminds me of a dragonfly!  Delightful!  Kevin, amazing photo and great commentary.  Something to think about why I don't like to shoot people either.  hmm.   Welcome back Pixel!  Lovely shot of the cat and awesome horse!  BEAUTIFUL hydrant Lisa!!!!

Here is the wednesday sign.  Not only do the walls at tom's burned down bar have signs, some of the patrons as well.  This one cracked me up!

Kevin, wonderfully peaceful shot.  The person in it just makes it.  So some people work in an image!....but, where is the chair??  Oh, I know, it is on the path with you watching the serene scene in front of you.  Clever!

Pix, that image of the horse is amazing.  The mane flying like that makes the image!  I love the pensive cat, too.  Nice muse!  I hope your join us, but even if you don't get an artist's account please keep posting to this thread!!!

Lisa, beautiful image of the hydrant and the sunflowers!!  I too wondered what the white thing was.  Actually it almost looks like a pot for the sunflowers.

Olga, that is a THUDDER!  I love the fog and the tree.  The fog is amazing.  Every time I try to shoot fog, it is gone by the time I get my camera or the whole scene just doesn't work.  Yours is beautiful!!

I played around with some of my Polish Pottery and tried doing a still life.  Here is one image......

Steph!!!!!!  I am amazed at the number of times I post and you have posted at the same time.  Weird..!  We certainly think alike!!

I certainly wouldn't let a Wednesday go by with out a desk shot   I'm just that neurotic obsessive  I just couldn't wait to share " alone time " with you all. I'm printing that out using 17 x 22 Luster paper today, then framing it. It will be going up in the studio when I'm finished !!

Pix, your two images today are wonderful !! I favor the horse the most !!

Lisa, I do look forward to hydrant wednesdays and today is no exception !!

Olga, fantastic image today, so moody, well done !!

     Steph, way cool t-shirt

Carolyn, that is such a wonderful still life, luv the colors you used !!

It was that way when I moved here in '86 so it must have lost it's top early on...it's very old and sadly now dead...it's just shedding the last of it's needles.
