Marnin everyone, wow you've been so busy!  Joe, the bord feeder shot!  WOW!  Love it!  Nice Buddah Sam!  I'll be able to use the torch I'm getting for making headpins.  I just can't use the one I have now.  I'm so looking forward to doing that!  Robin, I understand the need for the covered lifeboat on the ramp.  Doesn't mean I'd change my mind!  I doubt the men on the Fitz had much time to worry.  Cool desk bird Kevin!  Lisa, love the hydrant this week!

Here is a sign for you!

You guys are soooo awesome! I don't always have time to post or comment on individual photos, but I look every day and then have to pick myself up off the floor!

Thanks for the blurb about the lifeboat, Robin, that was very interesting. I didn't even know that lifeboats could look like that!

Since I haven't been here much, I'll post... the shadow of a sign...

LOVE IT MURIEL!!!!!!!!!

For some reason, when I saw it, the 23rd psalm jumped into my mind, so an ode to a friendly police officer (No offense to anyones religion intended...):

"Yea, though I roll through the valley of the stop sign, I will fear no tickets: for thou art with me; thy gun and thy badge they comfort me.

Thou preparest a pardon before me in the presence of mine violations: thou anointest my engine with oil; my gas tank runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my road trip: and I will cruise through the speed traps of the road for ever."

Sam great texture.  Muriel a shadow of a sign is a sign right? Good eye. Joe great blue scale (lol not gray, because it blue) Steph, that little shop looks fun. I wish I wasn't so tired so getting in trouble would be fun again...

Olga,,,is that more Queens Anne's Lace? I do love a silhouette.

Very cool Kevin, pressed that shutter at the perfect time.

This is a techniqe I've been wanting to try for a while. Slowing down the water. I found myself at a small waterfall without my tripod, I don't use a tripod much. Anyway I layed my camera down on the bridge (boy did I look funny laying across the bridge to get the focus), set the aputure hit self timer and waited. LOL. Peoples were looking at me funny

Very pretty Lisa!  I can picture you!  yesterday's pic was the bar at Tom's burned down bar but looks like somewhere on Jamaica!

Kevin fun tadpoles!  Heather, show us some pics!

I have another ship from St. Johns.  This one is unloading wind turbine parts.   No, I wouldn't get in this lifeboat either.  Must have something to do with a horrible memory of a ride in an tacticle carrier I took when I was small.

Some great images so far everyone!

Kevin you certainly timed that just right, I love the ripple.

Lisa, what a wonderful image.  The blue in that is spectacular.  That image was worth all the embarrasment of laying on the bridge!!  I love the stop action of the water

Missed your image, Steph, we posted at the same time!  I love the colors of those ships and how huge they are......

Here is a little silly one I took while riding home from Canada...........

Out the window.......
