Thank you so much, Lisa.....I am flattered and awed, by what you see in my image!.....It was just an experiment with the texture of the peeling paint and the shells and the stone ball.  Yes, it was stone!.....I guess I will have to look more critically at some of my work, because I took several that day.  Maybe they are better than I thought!  I can be terribly harsh about anything I have photographed.  Thanks for the encouragement, Lisa!

Joe, what an amazing image of sails!  Who cares which boat?  I love the graduation of the light up to the top.

OLGA....Love the toad and the title.  He is a cutie!....LOL, Joe...Toadily cute!  LOL

Carolyn

Your Sunflower is beautiful Lisa, great perspective !!

Carolyn, I really like your sepia image, interesting composition, well done !!

Steph, what a wonderful ship and I really like all the information you provide !!

Joe, I like the composition on your image, the stormy sky background, just cool !!

Olga, love the toad! the second image is my favorite, well done !!

Lines and curves with just enough soft focus sam, well done !!! You do just want to feel them !!

The "rule is" when doing macro with bugs or whatever, focus on the eyes, the eyes must be sharp. Well in this instance it was the gold wings and the gold colored shadow I was most interested in (and ya all know how I feel about rules anyway  )  And yes, that's it's real color!

Joe......I would swear that I said I loved your image. Hmmmmm *scratches head* I agree with Kevin, the sky add sooooooo  much to the image.

Kevin. Thud, thud, thud  The wings and the wing shadow is exquisite. I don't like rules either!

Kevin and Lisa you have both out-done yourselves!

Kevin, the shadow on that really makes it.  What an amazing image!......THUD!!

Lisa, I love the colors in yours and the composition

Here is mine for today.  I experimented with black and white (well, photoshopping one of my color images into a black and white)......This is a corner of the Botanical Gardens, Niagara-on-the-Lake.
