Another great flower shot from Carolyn! Lovely! Great shot of the mushroom Kevin. The sunset is stunning Lisa. It almost looks like a painting! Great glass building shot Carolyn and the shot of the lamp is wonderful with the hanging and climbing ivy. Your mushroom shot is so cool Steph!

Here I am Steph!!!! New neighbors moving in so here's part of the moving truck......

Sam nice picture of the wheel I find bolt patterns to be very interesting. Olga is that Scott up there? Amazing what those guys do.

Well I'm late to start this morning. Had a crazy night, went to see Sheryl Crow (awesome), had to take my camera back to the car (had withdraw symtoms without it), I was sitting fairly close so I would have had some awesome shots. Drove 2 hours home in some crazy ass storms, had no electricity when I got here (at 2am) and broken branches and flower pots......grrrrrrrr. I'm not as young as I used to be

Oh yea this is the image of the day thread, not the Lisa's life thead so I guess I'll post an image

A couple of weeks ago I was driving around, looked at this old church. The sunset was streaming though the church and the window was "glowing" of course I had to take a couple of shots

Oh I just LOVE Sheryl Crow!  I bought her new CD not long ago and it's on my I Pod for glass melting!  The church is stunning!  I totally love the sun in the window too!  Olga, looks like some welding a go on...makes me homesick for my job.  Tanks tanks and more tanks!

I'm late I know, but I have good excuse. I had an old Maple tree taken down yesterday. I really hated to do it, but it was rotted through the center and growing into the power lines. Well that lead to cleaning up wood chips and saw dust, mowing the lawn, edging, cleaning out the gutters, etc., right now I'm to sore to move my arms, ouch, Ouch!!  I loved that tree!!  I'll post some pics on Monday.

    Now to get caught up:

Lisa, Your sunset is dropdeadgorgeous, one of the best I have ever seen

Carolyn, thank you for leaving us two beautiful images to savor while your puter gets fixed, get it back soon!!

Steph, your shot of the mushroom is just too cool, what a great perspective!!

Sam, interesting pattern using the lugs and of course kickass use of shadow !!

Olga, that is a cool shot of your husband!!

Lisa, fantastic image of the sunlight beaming through the window!! I'm glad you enjoyed your concert, but bummer about your lights, I saw the weather lastnight and you guys got a heck of a storm !!

We've been dodging some thunderstorms here, not bad (baby thunderstorms compared) but when they stop I run out with the camera,

Thanks everyone! I knew Kevin would love the shadows.

Olga, what a great shot and I can't believe he does that! I'm not afraid of heights, but I don't think I could do that. Too bad you couldn't bring in your camera Lisa. Sounds like a great time anyway. Sorry about coming home to a minor disaster. Beautiful shot of the church. The close up is lovely. Sorry about your tree Kevin. It's always sad to lose a lovely tree. Gorgeous shot and I love the dangling drop.

Well, tomorrow is the start of my Saturday morning farmer's market that includes arts and crafts. I did pretty good getting my stuff ready despite some procrastination. Thanks Lisa for the ocassional kick in the pants! So today the last thing I did was make some 1" buttons and magnets with my fun button press. I did the 2.25" hand mirrors a couple of days ago. They are fun impulse items.

Oh what fun!  Carolyn has a butterfly!  Pretty kitty Olga!  A pretty shot! I am dying to go out in the yard...anywhere, as you all can well imagine by now!  YES!  I am still waiting for a warm day!  We had ONE and I  had to do heavy work!!!  !!!    Cold and rain, take your pic,  Sarry for the pun!  My flowers are lazy and I don't blame them!!!  Cool buttons Sam!, good luck at the sale this weekend!  Very fun suspended droplet Kevin!  At present my grill is laying on it's side out in a storm but there seems to be no damage nor reason to pick it up so it can blow over again!

I will stick to indoors yet for awhile  ..yes and I am about to go beserk!

Beluga Expectations is turning into one of my favorite ships...in the last two years I have seen it a lot!

I had the pleasure of watching them unload the ship before it headed to Antigua last weekend!

Now THIS is a truckload!

That is central Duluth is the backround!  yes no skyscrapers!  I wouldn't go there if there were!

Hello again everyone! Yes, Kevin, that is my cat on one of the buttons. I just can't resist.

Beautiful butterfly Carolyn! I love Wilbur hanging out on the trellis Olga. Nice shots Steph! I love your shot of Josie Kevin. Great shot of Harley Lisa. The blue of the door is terrific and the backlight is wonderful. Thanks Darlene.

I forgot my camera this morning so no shots of the market. Next week.....

So today I'm posting a photo of a bowl of some stainless steel shot that I use in my jewelry tumbler to polish and harden my Sterling.
