Just trying to get an idea of what would be fun/helpful for ya'll.  Feel free to start threads of your own, btw.

you can pick more than one...  I think that is how I set this thing up...  lisa's first poll!

Challenges, history and discussions are always fun.
WIPs I think people prefer to put elsewhere, like the private forums.
Stuff in current shows we can go find for ourselves; if we see something we like, we can always post.
There's always room for something shiny!

I chose a bunch, too.

Trying very hard to ignore just how many ways one could answer the Question title of this thread, but biting tongue and being good in the public forum......

Not a problem. We all do the tongue biting thing once in a while.

Yeah, it's exactly like that. Only completely different.
I've enjoyed just about as much of this as I can stand.

I could do art history posts presenting some of the less familiar abstract artists. Thoughts?

I would love some challenges!  And WIPs!  I only do abstracts once in a great while but I really enjoy them, and would love to see how they come together for other artists who do it as their main style.

I have been digging up some books, as I don't want to just copy Wikipedia.
I am compiling a list of lesser known abstract artists and their life and works. Maybe I can present one a month or something. If anyone has an artist they would like to know more about, let me know too.
If all that is OK with Lisa, of course.
