Well.. I also post to another painting website that has had many technical problems and hasn't been updating their website. Thought I'd post this here.. since my painting is a still life. I had posted it in the pimpin thread a month ago. but since I mostly paint stills thought I should check in here more often.. I thought I'd just tell my excitement of winning painting of the month for November at this site www.simplypainting.com now if you go there.. they are still showing the October painting of the month.. but I did win November.. and now have little hope of seeing it go up.. But oh well.. I know in my mind I won so that is exciting in itself.. Maybe some day soon they'll put my painting up on the homepage.. they cancelled the December POTM b/c of the website not being updated and not being able to get a hold of the web guy that updates the site.. I did mention it on my website as an award for myself.. so I'm keeping track of any kind of awards I get..

Anyway.. this is the painting that won..
(was also my nibblefest piece last month)
