I received this email and i do admit i haven't been very active here for a while.I was starting to get over the sting from your emails over the candy show and felt it was time to move on.However i am,and have been very busy getting ready for a 1200 mile move.I do not even come here for days at a time but i do check my emails, and how do you even know if i look at AOTD?BUT,i have been removed from ALL mailing list,as i was told not once but twice(you kind of repeated yourself)
But even when i'm hardly here and very busy, this came as a sugarcoated slap in the face,Why?I don't feel welcome here anymore but was trying to overcome it.I have had nice PM's from several members to more or less hang in there, they are reason i have stayed a member. But now i feel i'm being pushed out,i asked on FB if anyone else got one,it appears not. This is email.

[EBSQArt] We are cleaning our mailing list - Action required to continue receiving newsletters :) Hide Details FROM: Amie Gillingham, EBSQArt.com   TO: schwartzkopfchristi@yahoo.com Message flagged Friday, November 4, 2011 12:44 AM   We are cleaning up our mailing list here at EBSQArt.com. Our records suggest that you no longer read our 'Art of the Day' mailing. We aren't complaining! We understand that your time is limited and we have no desire to add bulk to your inbox if you're no longer interested in hearing from us. So, it's with regret that we'll be removing you from our mailing list.
We are removing your email address from all of our mailing lists. We would be thrilled if you would renew your subscription(s)!
Did we make a mistake? If you'd still like to receive Art of the Day or any newsletters published by EBSQ Art, you can easily renew your email subscription (we even have mobile editions now!)
You can also stay up to date at your leisure by becoming a fan on Facebook.
Thanks for your time. Don't be a stranger!

Christi,

This email went out to everyone who hasn't opened their AOTD email in the past few weeks. We just moved to a paid service that handles AOTD for us and we're simply trying to keep our costs down by not keeping people on the list who appeared to not want to receive Art of the Day. Trust me, you are MORE than welcome to stay on the list.

(and sorry for the repeat--Bill sent it while I was asleep, and apparently edited my original text as well as proof-read poorly as one tends to do in the wee hours of the morning)

I'm truly sorry this made you feel unwelcome in any way. We're happy to have you as a member.

-Amie

Lest you continue to fear you were singled out, I checked to see how many people were sent the email you received: 5,243. We don't even look at who is on the list when it's sent. To us, it's merely a segment of a larger mailing list whose sole thing in common is that this set of people appeared to not read Art of the Day once during the month of October.

Again, I'm truly sorry this caused you distress, or made you feel targeted in any way. That's simply not the case. If there's anything I can personally do to help you feel more welcome, please let me know!

-Amie
