Welcome to the newest version of the EBSQ message boards. It's only fitting that we have a brand new and feature-rich setting to kick off the celebration for EBSQ's 5th Anniversary [September 2005]. Among the new features, you'll find:
- Subscriptions available for individual posts & forums
- Calendar features to keep you up to date on member birthdays, special events, our exhibition schedule, deadlines, etc
- Expanded topics from previous version of our boards, including a seriously expanded art & business section for paid artist members
- The ability to easily upload your own avatar rather than hotlinking it elsewhere
- Collapsible topics so you can easily hide sections you don't read regularly
- And more!
Please let us know if there's a topic you'd like us to add, or if you experience any problems or have general questions about the new forums that aren't answered elsewhere.
About our message boards
You'll find, as before in previous versions of our forums, that there are sections that are open to the general public, and sections that are for paid-artist members only. Most of the marketing and genre/media specific topics are in the members-only section. But we do hope to provide a slice of what our larger community is like via our public boards. Guests will find that public topics are read only for them. And for registered patrons (free!) you'll find the ability to take advantage of more of the forums features, including subscriptions to threads, creating a profile, etc, as well as posting new topics, replying etc.
