Creators’ House is calling for entries for Sweetroot South artists’ market. Sweetroot is a small nation of artists, writers, visual artists, musicians and all other art forms that are named or yet to be named. This sweet nation is rooted in the idea that artists must often make their own opportunities. That is the goal and purpose of SweetRoot to create opportunities and build communities to help us continue to be creative and prosperous. We are seeking vendors with compelling, creative, and handcrafted artisanal items. We are looking for a range of styles and mediums.
Artist submission: Please adhere to the following:
1: Please submit images that represent the items you will be selling. All submissions are to be made via email to sweetroot@creatorshouse.com
2: Final email should be no more than 2 MB total size.
3: Include contact info, web link, bio data, artist statement, reviews and any other support material, within reason.
4: For consideration of the show, July 25th and 26th, please submit your electronic images no later than July 1, 2009.
Please send out this information to your guild and/or your distribution list of artists.
