Hello all!
Its wonderful to see some of the incredible jewelry here. I'm often a bit shy on forums but I'm trying to venture out and meet new people. I wish I could have been around for the Steampunk contest - which is actully how i found EBSQ.

I'm into Steampunk (obv!) but I also, as a writer, have been influenced by cyberpunk - a sub-genre of Science Fiction. For those who don't know the term, think: Blade Runner and The Matrix.

Anyway, here's a sample of the more Steampunk side of my jewelry. Do let me know what you think.

Hi, I like your jewelry a lot! I took a look at your portfolio & hope you put more in there - my favorite is the bee that you have on your profile page but I like the other pieces very much too.

Oh thank you all for your replies! I wasn't around much yesterday - online anyway. I'm slowly uploading the work here - I am just generally slow moving. :) I hope to get a few more things up on etsy and here in my portfolio today.

Its really wonderful to meet some art-jewelry makers. I've been really impressed with the work I've encountered so far. :D

Thanks for noticing the Chainsaw Earrings Blumoo... heh. I met someone who knew someone who told me they were taking apart some chainsaws - and throwing out 90% of what they didn't need!! So i convinced them to let me buy some of the pieces instead of sending them to the dump. I'm always amazed and horrified at what gets tossed away.

Playtypus - I'm working on a different version now. alas the beautifully engraved watch pieces are very rare, and these were in great shape. I'm doing a variation of the design now. You can't really see it in the photo well but there are gears along the body of the bee. :D
