I want to see individual body parts... eyes, nose, ears, arms... not the body as a whole but the whole of each of its parts!

Any body part counts! It could be from a dog for all I care... or a statue Lisa... you're good :) Long as the main focus of the piece is a body part and not the entire body.

Now, don't I have to pick an end date, or is it just a week from starting it?! Just making sure I get the rules before I make any.

Here's something from me... which of course doesn't count.

No one could do the, "But I don't have a body part this week to do the challenge with!" thing.
