Yes, Steph, that is great!
It can be anything as long as you created some part of it. Made the thing, took the picture...
Simon apologizes for not thinking this through... but anything that fits the theme will work. Simon will be looking mainly for originality and creativity.

Ok, great!  So even if I had no part in making the item, clothes etc...all I did was take a pic of it, and that is legal?

I created some part of the pirate kid. And collaborated with him on
the scarecrow pirate. Those leaves are not fake, although perfect.
