Well, I pretty much flunked jewelry photo taking in October when my beloved Coolpix decided to give me problems.  Well, now I am waaay behind in picture taking and I have A LOT of new beads and I'm in a hurry to make the pieces that are in my head so this month there will be LOTS here!

I think I may have been a crow in my former life, as I am attracted to beautiful shiny things. A beautiful saltwater pearl necklace just isn't complete without swimming in some sparkle.  The crystal rondelles that I used in this necklace add a lot of interest and  movement.  It will dress up any outfit and is perfect for a wedding heirloom necklace.  I call it Pearl Dance.

Pearl Dance

I've also been making some very fun Swarovski crystal snowmen and tree earrings.  There is no shortage of sparkle in these darling dangles!

Those are darling holiday earrings, and that necklace would be perfect for a bride.  Very classic looking!

Hi Donna!  I will remember to grab you a cube!  Are they the same?    Hey Heather, thanks!  Yes the earrings are so fun!  I have a bride to be that wants a necklace like that for her wedding next summer!  Dang, I out wedding in the key words but forgot to put bride.  I'm going to do that!

Anyway, I took the necklace on a test drive one afternoon and was wearing a powder blue hooded sweatshirt.  I felt so dressed up and it looked great together!

I've been playing around with making large hole bigger beads to use as a focal bead with a coin and hang on leather.  They can either be tied in a knot or I can add a sterling cord clasp.  Here is one example...
The coin is a Chinese coin and has a dragon on each side of the front.   I used a brass spacer for added interest.

I have another one in green with a dangling Ghana coin but I need to polish the coin before posting it.  I plan to make several bead styles to hang with leather and a coin.

Cranberry Swarovski Motion Earrings

The cranberry Swarovski's in this pair of motion earrings are very fun and sparkle plenty!

Greets Kimmy and Lauren!  Thanks so much!  I am excited about the holiday earrings doing so well.  They are not a design I came up with as there is a tray of the components at the bead store.  However...the are a hot seller right now and I'm happy to be making them!

At the moment I'm working on a beautiful rain forest jasper and viking knit necklace...stay tuned!

This necklace takes the wearer through a walk in an Australian Rainforest.  Rainforest Jasper, which is found in Australia, is combined with Chinese jade, Bronzite, swarovski Crystals, copper, and sterling silver, which hangs from a rich coffee colored viking knit chain.

Australian Rainforest

Rainforest Jasper focal

Side focals

Swarovski crystals, copper and sterling accents

Viking knit chain and copper/sterling toggle closure

This is one of my favorite pieces at the moment and is headed to etsy and my website today!  I am going to hate to part with this one!

Thanks for looking!

Stephanie

I like the coin and how you used it.  Very interesting bead with it...me like!

I also like the rainforest jasper........that is nice.  Really earthy.  I am also quite fond of the viking knit...that is a nice touch!

Thank you Carolyn!  I have a few of those beads and lots of coins.  I plan to make quite a few of that style necklace as I can sell them at a lower price than the larger necklaces.  I need to polish up a few coins then post a few more.  Some of the coins are drilled at the top and hand differently.
