Status: offline 		We played this a while ago, but this has a different twist.  Here is a small detail of a piece from a 20th century artist.  Your job is to identify the piece and artist, and then select the next one, and post a small detail.  Ok?  Here we go:

Status: offline 		Who knew that art history degree would pay off? (I have a copy of "Concerning the Spiritual in Art" by Kandinsky on my bookshelf, although I never finished reading it, nor am I terribly familiar with his work, lol)

I leave the figuring of the piece to someone else

Status: offline 		No, Lisa.  Compostion IV was painted in 1911.  This piece is earlier than that, and from a different type of series.
