I just started a new series of paintings and i need to title the Set.... They will all be of the same basic style and technique. I only have this one finished so far but I really would like to title it so i can stop referring to it as "A new paint series" lol.....

Anticipating Tomorrow - Acrylic on Canvas 25" x 25"
Our excitement brews as we anticipate the moment of the sun's rising; we can almost feel the warmth on our faces, for we know the wait is almost over.

My last set was titled "Paint in Motion" because the prominent feature in all the paintings was Movement. I received many comments from people saying they could feel the movement. to see my paint in motion series...... http://www.shanamccormick.com

Any help with the title of this new set would be greatly apprieciated....

Hi Shana! are the others also going to be about the sun or time or seasons or what?

I'm really loving the vibrant colors & movement in this one!

Hi Shana! My immediate reaction, prior to reading the title of the piece, was Lifestyle Series.

Can you share any of the future themes?

Hey thanks for the replies.... got me thinking which is what i needed because I was drawing a complete blank. I think will do a play on the word "vibration" in some for or fashion. The names of my paintings come from the thoughts and feelings I have while painting them... But the titles of the series I try to keep them to the more technical aspects of the artworks. My first series were all a smooth flowing motion and this one although still has movement it has more of a vibration feel to it... So anyway... that's my thinking.

Thanks again so much for the feedback. problem solved. I'll post a link here later when i get it all together.
