      Welcome everyone to week #43 of an Image a Day.

         We have had a bunch of rain lately, so the first chance I got to go out, I went to my local waterfall. You remember that OOOPS! image I posted last week? Well that image came from slipping in the mud attempting a long exsposure at these falls. The Sun was poking in and out of the clouds the whole time too, exposure was tricky to say the least !

Oh, those are amazing, Kevin. I liked the Ooops, but gotta say these are sensational.....Love the composition of both of them.

Lisa, also an amazing image! I love the disappearing fence and the fact that the ground is almost in black and white and the sky so blue! Wow

This was a double THUD day for sure!

Another disappearing dirt road for me. I like to do the disappearing road.....I did this one two different ways, and even though the road and tree are smack in the middle I thought the clouds showed up best on this one.....the portrait orientation just didn't have the look.

Thud C...you are right the comp works out beautifully. Throw the rules out of the window. I love disappearing road shots.

Beautiful image, Lisa. The spots of red just make it. That is a perfect catch!!

I can't get out to take any pics either, it's either raining or snowing this whole long dark month. Last week I went out looking for something to shoot and this was all i came home with, wah.
