Took me a little while and some help to get these. But I am going to create some patchwork ones tonight. Wanted to share what I'm doing incase anyone wants the pattern.

I got this out of the Mary Jane's Farm magazine I got from Heide! Thanks

I will post the 'quilted' ones when I get that far.

those are pretty,i'll give you another idea you may like,i don't have a pattern but several years ago i made a basket of strawberrys pretty much the same,i used red velvet and golden colored embordery thread, single strand, to make the seeds, you do a single french knot.then green satin for top and i glued a piece of brown material on a little piece of pipe cleaner and stuck it in for a stem.they were cute and i have no idea where they went.

Great job Shannon! I have some pretty old vintage books - I will check and see if there are any fabric creations and scan them, if so.

Thanks Donna!

I have spent the last few hours creating a patchwork piece of fabric just to cut out and create an apple with the quilted look!

I haven't even got to the apple yet! It took soooooooooo long with the fabric piece alone!

Now I am too tired to finish since I've been sick... so to bed I go...

To be continued tomorrow.

(Maybe I should move this to WIP even though it will be pretty much done tomorrow?!)

I am always pushing my limits, that's for sure. I miss painting though... its been too many years since I've head a brush to canvas.

I can say that I can't crochet, and I can't knit... and I actually have no interest in it either.

Its been awhile, but I can play the flute... I used to be able to play the entire phantom of the opera concert... every song!

Go ahead and laugh... I just always wanted to get a taste of everything life had to offer.

Now if only I can travel the world!
