Status: offline 		I uploaded new listings to ArtbyUs and eBay last night and the counter feature is not functioning on either website.   In the older listings, the counter feature appears to be working properly. 

Please check for me.

When I went back to check, of all the paintings I listed yesterday, the only one without a functioning counter is "Summer Vegetables", and it doesn't work on either site.

Status: offline 		I tried revising the listing and adding the template again.  The counter shows until I paste in onto eBay and then it quits functioning.  I listed four items at the same time and Summer Vegetables is the only listing that does not function.

If I can be of any help, let me know.

On ebay, the painting is named Summer Vegetables

On ArtbyUs, the painting is named Summer Vegetables 2009

On EBSQ, the painting is named Summer Vegetables EBSQ (that counter is working fine)

Status: offline 		give it a go and see if it makes any difference. the weird thing is that when bill tries to view either of them on his computer using the most current version of IE it works. and when i try to view the image for one of them directly like so: http://www.ebsqart.com/imagehit.asp?PAGE=Summer+Vegetables&BUCKET=EBAY&IMAGE=CERT&MEMBER=8335  (click the link to see) it works for me. so why this specific one isn't working is a mystery to me.

Status: offline 		I used the art case template on the eBay site.  The counter works until I upload it to eBay.  This is the only listing that is not working.  I will be adding two more paintings tomorrow.  I will see how the counter does then.  I will let you know if I still have trouble.  Maybe this listing is just a "dud".  Thank you so much for all of your help.  Have a wonderful rest of the weekend~

Status: offline 		Bill and I have looked and looked and can't see why this specific one isn't working for you in your browser. It's working for him in his version of IE (more recent than mine which isn't working just like yours isn't) and it's working for me in a Firefox-variant browser. I'll take a look at some code variants again tomorrow with fresh eyeballs. Sorry I don't have a solution for you tonight!

Status: offline 		I am seeing some hits from you on the counter, so it is probably something on my end.  It is just the one painting, if I continue to have trouble, I will let you know. 

Thanks for spending so much time working with it, I will be totally embarrassed if it is something I did.
