A Wealth of Artists

EBSQ is a little different from other artists groups you may find online. As we are supportive of artists at all levels of their development, the work put forth is rich and varied. Styles range from the charmingly naive, to all manners of modern and classical works. From the finely honed to extremely experimental. We encourage our artists to play with new ideas and media, pooling our knowledge and skills to help each other grow.

Regardless of what style moves you, you're very likely to find it here, with more money going to support the actual artist than had you found them via a gallery. You may well find that "diamond in the rough," with your patronage making the difference in their ability to continue creating.

2. Identity Image This is an image of the artist or a piece of their work.

5. Profile Tabs
There are two colors for tabs:
  For 'On' (currently being viewed)
  For 'Off' (click to view)

Here's what they mean:
The artists profile. This information is presented by the artist - typically takes the form an Artist's Statement - but it is up to the artist how they use this space.

Here you can find the artist's personal galleries. Artists at EBSQ are able to create a virtually unlimited number of galleries to organize and present their work.

Artists that Commission work provide such information in this area. Commissioning custom work from an artist whose work you enjoy can be a most rewarding experience. Again, it is upto the artist how they present this information.

In this area you can see all the art an artist has entered into EBSQ online art Shows.

Artists that have been featured on EBSQ are interviewed by our editor. The resulting article of the interview can be viewed here.

6. EBSQ Plus Icon
Artists that are also members of EBSQ juried division, EBSQ Plus, will have this icon appear in their profile. Read more about EBSQ Plus.

7. Award Winner Icon
This icon is displayed for artists that have won awards in our regular online art shows. Click the icon to see the artists entries into all shows, including their award-winning piece!

8. Featured Artist Icon
Artists that have been featured on EBSQ will have this 'star' icon in thier small profile bar. Click the start to read the interview.
