Photographed in my parent's basement in Wisconsin, I love this one because of the sense of insanity and fear it provokes. It was a set-up shot. I also used it as a basis for one of my paintings.

It was taken with my Pentax Spotmatic SLR, which is fully manual. I hand-printed it. No digital adjustments have been made other than dust removal.
