I found this water lily inspiring and beautiful. Though most of my water lily pieces are sized at 18" x 24", this particular one was sized to be different. I was mainly focused on the center of the flower and how everything flowed gracefully. I also loved the contrast in colors in the petals of the water lily and the leaves the lily laid on.
