This piece was done as a final project for my Spring semester Drawing class. Bettie Page is an interesting person to me for a number of reasons, so when this project came up, she immediately came to mind. This portrait of her is an especially appealing one since it is not the typical bikini photo that seems to have been overdone- this portrait shows a softer, sweeter side of the notorious Bettie Page.

This piece took me roughly 60 hours to complete.
