I started this piece by adhering squares of different papers to the two canvasses. I then applied a wash of white overtop, painted the woman's face and hand and added the bird. Lace on the bottom edges and three nests made from moss with eggs in them and a shell along the top. This is done on two wrapped canvasses to make a diptych. One of a kind original. No frame needed.
