Bella Halloween is an exotic Halloween beauty - part cat, part woman. She is sleek, tall (27") and lovely and definitely one of a kind. Bella Halloween is made of my own original design without the use of a commercial pattern. She was inspired by my own beautiful little Bella. I used soft cotton fabric for her head, neck and hands. She is both machine stitched and hand stitched. Her outfit is sewn onto her body and made of vibrant Halloween vintage style soft cotton fabrics. She also wears black vintage cluny lace on her top and neckline and orange ric rac on her waistband, wrists, skirt hem amd at the top of her boots. Black satin roses accent the orange ric rac on her skirt and orange satin roses accent her neckline. She wears adorable knickers in black and white pindot enhanced by ecru vintage lace trim and a double tiered poofy crinoline in a bright orange shimmer fabric with raw edges. A black curled tail is sewn into her body and shows thru the back of her skirts. Her black hair is needle felted into her head with a touch of glue at the hairline and tied in a bun in back. It's accented with a cute bow in orange ric rac. Bella Halloween is stuffed with soft polyfil. Her face is hand painted using professional acrylics and archival ink. She has pads painted on her paw palms and tiny fingers. Her black boots are also hand painted. Her elbows and knees are tied for posing. I've attached a hanger to her back so you may hang her if you wish but she will also sit nicely in a doll chair or with some back support. Signed and dated on back. Bella Halloween is approximately 27" tall from the tips of her toes to the top of her ears. Bella Halloween is a very unique art doll and would look lovely in any setting. She was created for display only. Although made very sturdily, she's not intended as a child's toy. Please note, all my dolls are original and hand painted as I make them. I select fabrics as I sew them. There's really no pattern or preliminary sketch - this assures you that each doll is a one of a kind collectible not to be duplicated.
