Large, about 34 inches, primitive black rag doll. The shape was inspired by a program I viewed on the Easter Island monoliths. She has a little shrunken head companion. Black cotton rag doll, with appliqued wool felt features, dress is a very fine vintage print of unknown fiber content, it may have some silk, its very light. Shrunken-head Dave is made from wool felt, appliqued and embroidered, with yarn hair, knotted at the top so she can carry him as a purse. There's a small loop on the back of the neck so that the doll might be hung as wall art, it tucks into the back of the neck when not in use.
