Namaste. This ONE OF A KIND, ORIGINAL art card was created using recycled materials, just like my other collage art, magnets, cards, and pendants. It measures 2.5" X 3.5" (excluding wire hanger). It comes from my "Table Top Challenge" series of collage art pieces created entirely from stuff that is within arm's reach on my work table, forcing me to use up materials I have at hand before acquiring more. Quite the challenge, indeed! Discarded matboard, salvaged papers, inks, stamped images, tags and assorted embellishments were used to create this art card. The head is made from recycled clay and ceramic pieces. The card hangs from crazy wire adorned with recycled beads. The effect I am going for with these pieces is fun and funky. I refer to my work as "primitive" because my use of recycled materials often results in the finished product looking a bit rough or unrefined, which I think just adds to the interest and character of the individual piece. This is an ORIGINAL piece of art, not a copy or print. It is signed and dated on the back. Take this opportunity to collect my work in this unique form…a traditional Artist Trading Card.
