Amidst the creative chaos of this piece is an image of a tiny baby angel holding her tiny baby doll. Behind her, recessed in the shadows is a transferred image of my Grandfather as an altar boy. "Protect" is the message; but I can't say for sure who's protecting whom. Maybe they're both looking after us.

This piece has been photo transferred, stamped with a hand-carved stamp, inked, layered with vintage sheet music and other paper, finally lightly dusted with a coat of walnut ink. For greater stability, the entire piece was mounted on a piece of 140 lb watercolor paper.

It's handsigned. It comes with a certificate of authenticity. It will be shipped in a clear protective sleeve, and the back will be personalized upon request.
