My love of butterflies often takes me to the MSU butterfly house in East Lansing, MI. It's lovely to be walking through the small garden and have butterflies land on your shoulder. I work with a wonderful Kiron 105mm macro lens which always produces amazing images. This butterfly was about 1 1/2" tall and he was a perfect model. Image was taken in the spring of 2004.
