The entire piece is hand beaded, it starts as loose beads and a spool of thread. The 4 sided braclet is very sturdy and halfway on each sidt in a beaded bead. The cabochon is a natural polished stone that we used to call "vain stone" when I was little. and embelished with 4 fresh water pearls.
