This painting is part of my "Spirit Trees" series, in which I am exploring the beauty and nobility of trees. "I think that I shall never see, a poem as lovely as a tree...", or a painting, for that matter. I am working on a series of paintings using complimentary colors, (colors opposite on the color wheel), in this case, shades of blue and orange. I hope you enjoy it!
